Dr. Escoffery is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Health Education at the Rollins School of Public Health (RSPH) of Emory University.  She holds a MPH in Health Promotion and Education and PhD in Health Promotion and Behavior with a concentration in Instructional Technology. She has 14 years of experience in designing multimedia-based curriculum and technology-based intervention programs, program evaluation, cancer prevention and control, and instructional design.  She has developed curriculum and delivered public health training through the Southern Institute for Training and Evaluation (SITE) at Rollins, the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE), and for CDC.  She has developed intervention materials for an Internet smoking cessation program funded by NIDA, a web-based epilepsy self-management program (WebEASE), and a mindfulness intervention for depression among people with epilepsy, Project UPLIFT, funded by CDC.
