Ms. Eshenaur is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional. She is a Clinical Coordinator with Epilepsy Alliance of West Central New York, part of Empowering People’s Independence. In this role, she provides counseling to assist survivors of traumatic brain injury and other conditions, including epilepsy, in coping with their altered physical and cognitive abilities and challenges, including health issues and mental health diagnoses. She also supervises and mentors new social workers and master’s level social work interns. Ms. Eshenaur has completed PACES and UPLIFT training with Dr. Johnson and offers both programs through Empowering People’s Independence.
